If that’s the case, the fee you initially paid will partially cover the upcoming work, being deducted proportionally (e.g., if the session takes only 15 minutes, then 50% of the fee you already paid will (partially) cover the remaining tasks).

Please note, however, that if your issue gets solved in less than 30 minutes and no further tasks are required, no reimbursement is due.
